Case Manager / Nursing Quality Manager / Nursing Expert (m/f/d)

• Conception, planning and execution of nursing quality audits in defined areas of responsibility Implementation and execution of nursing roundsNursing anamnesis at the highest level Determination of joint treatment paths with medical colleagues and coordination of patient/family discussionsTransfer of nursing-relevant information to the target ward and the case management based thereCase management and coordination of the diagnostic and therapeutic components of the patients

• Successfully completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) Specialization, further training or studies in the field of nursing, nursing science, quality management or comparable fields of competence High professional and social competence Distinctive independent and structured way of working Empathy, professional communication skills and enthusiasm Legally required proof of immunization against measles
