Nursing expert / Partial leave of absence (m/f/d)

We are looking for you at Helios Parkklinikum at the earliest possible date as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) in the function of a nursing expert

with approx. 20 to 30 % time off for work as a nursing expert & approx. 70 to 80 % work as a nursing specialist.

• You will be responsible for carrying out care & process visits

• You are responsible for ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of care
• You will be responsible for planning and implementing care projects across wards and facilities
• You are responsible for evaluating nursing measures and concepts as part of your ward activities
• You will support your colleagues both in highly complex care situations and in developing their nursing expertise

• You have completed vocational training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) and ideally have a Bachelor's degree with a focus on nursing or are willing to complete such a degree.

• You are characterized by sound specialist knowledge
• You have a strong interest in working in a multi-professional team and networked action
• You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, commitment and team spirit
• You are willing to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
