Helios Reinigung West GmbH is looking for a part-time (30 hours per week) Cleaning Manager (m/f/d) for our Northeim site with immediate effect.

• You will be responsible for personnel management, briefing and scheduling of your employees
• Preparation of payroll accounting after extensive training
• Preparation of duty and vacation schedules
• You take on all administrative tasks and are largely responsible for the smooth running of the business
• You are the contact person for our customers and contractual partners
• Implementation of quality assurance

• Several years of professional experience in maintenance cleaning, ideally in the field of hospital cleaning
• User knowledge of MS Office programs
• You have a confident manner, are a strong communicator and have a high level of assertiveness
• You enjoy your job, like to take on responsibility and are open to new ideas
• You like to think outside the box and want to develop yourself and your working environment
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
