We are looking for a full-time (39h/week) Cleaning Foreman (m/f/d) for our Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring site as soon as possible .
Employee support, supervision of our team of approx. 90 employees
Support of the property management in the management
Active support in the cleaning department
Induction of new employees
Documentation of all wage-relevant data for the preparation of payroll accounting and rostering
Carrying out quality controls on site and close exchange with the property management
Ideally relevant professional experience in a comparable position
Experience in employee management and dealing with customers
High level of commitment, assertiveness and good communication skills
Structured, independent and very service-oriented way of working
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
