To strengthen our team, we are looking for a part-time receptionist (m/f/d) with 20-25 hours per week for our Helios Park-Klinikum and Helios Heart Center in Leipzig.

• You are the first point of contact for patients, visitors and external callers and represent our clinic with friendliness, competence and clarity.
• You will be in active contact with employees from all professional groups and ensure a smooth flow of information within the clinic.
• You will operate the switchboard, direct calls and answer inquiries in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• You will carry out cash transactions, e.g. the billing of telephone or rental fees, and ensure correct and reliable processing.

• You have completed commercial or medical training and ideally have professional experience in the reception, front desk or service area.
• You are confident in using common software applications, in particular MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• You have a friendly, approachable manner and ideally speak foreign languages.
• Early and late shifts are a regular part of your duties, and you will also be prepared to occasionally work weekends and night shifts by arrangement (approx. 1-2 weekends and 2-4 night shifts per month possible).
• Commitment, reliability and organizational skills characterize your way of working - you enjoy working in a team and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
• You meet the legally required proof of measles immunization.
