Receptionist (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a part-time receptionist (m/f/d) with 20-25 hours per week for our Helios Park-Klinikum and Helios Heart Center in Leipzig.

• You will act as the first point of contact (m/f/d) for our clinic
• You communicate with the employees of all professional groups in our clinic
• You will operate the switchboard, forward calls and answer questions
• You will carry out cash register transactions, such as collecting telephone and rental fees
• Administrative patient admission
• Monitoring/controlling the alarm systems including fault management and a wide range of reception activities

• You have completed commercial or medical training and have professional experience in the reception or service area You are confident in using software applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) You are characterized by a friendly, service-oriented manner and ideally have foreign language skills You are willing to work in a 3-shift system and on weekends (1-2 weekends & 2-4 night shifts per month) You bring commitment, reliability and organizational skills and enjoy working in a team You have the legally required proof of measles immunization
