For one of our Helios clinics in the southern region, we are looking for a Junior Manager Human Resources (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

• Preparation for a position as HR Manager within a two-year development program
• Through regular exchange with your colleagues, you will promote your continuous development
• Independent management of projects and areas of responsibility, you are allowed to shape and make an impact
• You will work on operational and strategic topics in the HR department, such as recruiting, HR controlling, HR planning or HR management

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on business administration, law, HR management or comparable training
• Several years of experience as a personnel officer, ideally in the healthcare sector
• high degree of initiative, organizational skills, creativity and proven ability to successfully solve complex problems
• High level of emotional intelligence, self-reflection & communication skills
• also: reliability, assertiveness, independence, hands-on mentality & service orientation
• Ability to convince managers & employees both professionally and personally
