In this role you will be responsible for the support and order processing for the field service division of Fresenius Kabi MedTech GmbH. This includes maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, the timely preparation of cost estimates, maintenance contracts and invoicing as well as an optimal supply of the field service with the required spare parts.
The position is temporary as a parental leave replacement for 12 months.
