Specialist Technical Service Support Germany (m/f/d) - limited to 12 months

In this role you will be responsible for the support and order processing for the field service division of Fresenius Kabi MedTech GmbH. This includes maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, the timely preparation of cost estimates, maintenance contracts and invoicing as well as an optimal supply of the field service with the required spare parts.

Your tasks:

• Processing/support of the field service incl. preparation of cost estimates in SAP
• Cost-optimized management of consignment stocks in the field service area
• Calculation/creation/processing of maintenance contracts in SAP
• Creation of service reports in the DiMaTS service program
• Billing of service assignments and maintenance contracts
• Processing transportation losses
• Price calculation and creation of spare parts in SAP
• Recording returns and creating complaint evaluations
• Stock correction
• Organizing the supply of spare parts to the field service
• Maintaining customer and device master data in SAP
• Creation of customer, sales and device evaluations with SAP for department management and sales (Kabi D Gmbh)

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position Experience in customer service and/or order processing desirable
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Structured, independent and customer-oriented way of working
• Organizational talent and motivation

The position is temporary as a parental leave replacement for 12 months.
