Ward manager for the private / elective services ward (m/f/d)

• Management, motivation and further development of the friendly and motivated nursing team
• Professional and organizational management of the interdisciplinary private and elective services ward with a focus on pneumology, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery and oncology
• Ensuring patient-oriented, high-quality care as well as coordinating and organizing work processes on the ward with the involvement of multidisciplinary professional groups
• Implementation and optimization of work processes to ensure patient-oriented care
• Contemporary understanding of interprofessional teamwork and team leadership
• Close interprofessional cooperation with doctors, therapists and other specialist areas

• Completed training as a nursing specialist, ideally completed further training for managers in healthcare facilities or willing to complete this training
• Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally already in the area of interdisciplinary private clinics / elective services
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Leadership qualities with a willingness to take responsibility and assertiveness
• Enjoy actively shaping and implementing innovative change processes with an eye for process optimization
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
