We are offering you a permanent, full-time position as deputy ward manager (m/f/d) for our internal medicine/oncology ward in Duisburg-Huckingen as soon as possible.

• You are part of the team during the daily work processes

• Support the nursing management in the organizational area, especially during their absence
• Participation in working groups and regular communications in the absence of the manager or as required
• Planning support for the ward's duty roster and vacation planning
• You will work in close coordination with the medical team and engage in an open exchange with the team and management
• You ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and the implementation of company and clinic goals
• You are willing to regularly participate in training and further education

• You have completed vocational training as a registered nurse (m/f/d)

• You have a high degree of empathy in dealing with patients, especially tumor patients and their relatives
• You enjoy working independently and have a talent for organization and innovative thinking
