In this role you will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning and repair of medical devices.
Carrying out installations, commissioning, maintenance, refurbishment, safety checks and modifications on medical/laboratory equipment in the in-house service as well as internationally
Conception & creation of process instructions (maintenance, repair & refurbishing)
Writing test instructions, test protocols & modification lists
Repairs of the devices
Hotline support: answering technical inquiries by e-mail or telephone regarding procedures in GA or technical manual, software updates + installation, hardware repairs, adjustment, maintenance, STK, etc.
Trouble shooting
Maintenance & management of existing and development of new internal & external customer contacts
Support and collaboration in device development projects in the R&D department
Creation & modification of test protocols
Successfully completed technical training as an engineer or technician specializing in medical or electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of study
At least 1 year of professional experience in service, maintenance or technical support is an advantage
Technical understanding, structured and careful way of working
Ability to work in a team and high service and quality orientation
Good knowledge of MS Office
Business fluent in written and spoken English
