These are your tasks
The essentials: You will be responsible for providing legal advice in the field of IT law for the specialist departments of Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA as well as the various Group divisions and affiliated companies.
You will review, draft and negotiate procurement contracts in the field of IT (including software license and software development agreements, IT project contracts, SaaS/IaaS/cloud contracts, outsourcing).
Furthermore, you will provide legal support for global IT standardization projects, the development of digital products, and other digitization projects.
You will follow legislation in the IT sector and provide legal support for projects to comply with regulatory requirements at EU or national level.
They advise on legal issues relating to the use and development of AI applications for the healthcare sector.
Last but not least, you will create and structure intra-group IT service agreements.
What sets you apart
Above-average success in law studies (distinction examination)
Several years of professional experience in a law firm specializing in IT law or in IT law consulting in an international company
Experience in the aforementioned areas of responsibility, in particular consulting experience in the areas of AI applications, medical device, pharmaceutical law and data use
Experienced handling of MS Office, IT affinity and interest in new topics/tools
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
We expect you to be a motivated, responsible, innovative and communicative personality with a high level of team competence
