Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
Medical Study Development von Company Sponsored Trials (CSTs)
- Wissenschaftliche Beratung und Input bei der Entwicklung, Durchführung und Auswertung von CSTs.
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von Advisory Boards und Expert Meetings.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Review und Präsentation von klinischen Studienoutlines (CSOs)
- Vorstellung der Studienkonzepte (CSOs) beim GTC.
- Wissenschaftliche Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Review von klinischen Studienprotokollen (CSPs) sowie weiterer Dokumente (z.B. CSRs)
Management von Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs)
- Wissenschaftliche Beurteilung und Management von IITs, inkl. Dokumentation und Präsentation der IITs im Global Trial Committee (GTC).
- Vertragsmanagement, Budgetüberwachung, Reporting (z.B. in FiPS) und Koordination der Prüfmedikationsbereitstellung.
- Hauptansprechpartner für Prüfärzte und Pflege der relevanten Datenbanken.
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von SOPs und KPIs für das IIT-Management.
Medical Intelligence & Innovation
- Durchführung von Literaturrecherchen, Analysen und Aufbereitungen medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Informationen.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Studienlisten, Publikations-übersichten und Newslettern
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Fresenius Kabi (interner) Journal Clubs.
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks von Key Opinion Leadern (KOLs) und externen Experten.
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Methoden und Tools für Innovations- und Trend-Scouting.
- Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und Bewertung neuer wissenschaftlicher Trends und Innovationspotenziale.
- Liefern von medizinisch-wissenschaftlichem Input bei der Aufarbeitung neuer Therapiefelder, Ideenfindung, Evaluationsprozessen und bei Innovationsworkshops.
- Unterstützung bei Innovationsinitiativen.
- Unterstützung bei Due-Diligence-Prozessen und Bewertung externer Innovationsmöglichkeiten
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Naturwissenschaften, Medizin, Ernährungswissenschaften oder Pharmazie, bevorzugt mit Promotion
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich klinischer Forschung, Medical Affairs oder Studienmanagement.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung klinischer Studien (vor allem von Prüfarzt-initiierten Studien).
- Publikationen in anerkannten, peer-reviewten Fachzeitschriften.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und Literaturverwaltungsprogrammen (z. B. EndNote); Erfahrung mit klinischen Datenbanken und digitalen Tools ist wünschenswert
