We are looking for a nursing assistant / geriatric nurse or nursing assistant (m/f/d) to support our nursing teams at Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig as soon as possible.

• You will support nursing staff in the care and support of patients with increased care needs

• Checking vital parameters (monitoring and measuring patients' pulse, temperature, blood pressure and breathing)
• Supporting nursing staff in carrying out medical orders as well as in documentation and organization
• Accompanying patients to examinations and treatments
• You will assist with the admission, transfer and discharge of patients

• Completed training as a state-recognized nursing or geriatric care assistant / nursing assistant (m/f/d)

• Ideally, you have already gained experience in a hospital setting
• Patient-centered communication and social skills
• Empathy, a sense of responsibility and reliability
• Willingness to work together across professional groups
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
