Study Coordinator / Study Nurse flexible working hours (m/f/d)

We are looking for a part-time (19.25 hours per week), permanent position as Study Coordinator / Study Nurse (m/f/d) at the Krefeld site as soon as possible.

• Independent coordination and organization for the implementation of clinical studies (phase II to IV)
• Independent performance of study-specific examinations, e.g. vital sign measurement, ECG
• Preparation and dispatch of biological samples, e.g. blood, bone marrow
• Independent conception, planning and implementation of logistical processes for ongoing and planned clinical studies
• Support with the approval of clinical studies (authorities, ethics)
• Assistance with contract management and invoicing of study services

• Completed training in the medical or scientific field, e.g. as a healthcare and nursing assistant, medical assistant (MFA), medical assistant (m/f/d)

• Ideally the additional qualification "Study Nurse"
• Good written and spoken English skills, proficient in MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills and good planning skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
