Join our team in Stralsund at the earliest possible date as a

Personnel Controller (m/f/d).

• You will be responsible for compiling HR-related data for monthly, quarterly and annual reports, monthly reports as well as ad-hoc and standard queries for the management, HR management, accounting and controlling departments

• Providing HR-related information and developing the basis for management decisions as well as advising managers on decision-making
• Further development of our HR reporting system in accordance with legal and corporate requirements and preparation of profitability analyses and business evaluations
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist departments, including Financial Controlling and Financial Accounting
• Active co-design and optimization of HR processes as well as monitoring and continuous improvement of business success-relevant control instruments

• Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, ideally with a focus on (personnel) controlling or comparable training

• Professional experience in personnel controlling, ideally experience in the field of hospital management/health management
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications, in particular very good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of P&I LOGA an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and results-oriented way of working
• A high affinity for working with data and figures
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
