Business Process Analyst – Source-to-Pay (m/f/d)

Process Optimization and Documentation:

• Analyze existing processes and define new process flows
• Ensure thorough documentation for clear and timely communication

Continuous Improvement and Training:

• Plan and implement process improvements
• Provide ongoing education and training globally

System Solutions and Master Data Management:

• Develop system-based solution concepts
• Oversee domain-specific master data concepts

Template Development and Compliance Monitoring:

• Define process and IT templates aligned with business needs
• Monitor adherence to standards

Collaboration Across Teams:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams within Process & Governance
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Global Procurement organization

• Previous experience in Source-to-Pay, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with requirements in the validated environment (GxP)
• Strong understanding of process modeling and experience with tools such as ARIS
• Excellent ability to analyze and evaluate processes comprehensively
• Experience with SAP ERP or similar systems, knowledge of IT implementation projects is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and aptitude for change management
• Good understanding of Process Mining and/or Process Analysis, with affinity for IT, especially SAP ERP systems
• Proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages being a plus
• Willingness to travel globally as needed
