Fokus: Betreuung und Beratung des Bereiches Corporate Functions
Ihre Hauptaufgaben
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Beratung und Begleitung von Führungskräften sowie Mitarbeitern bei allen operativen personalrelevanten Themen entlang des Employee-Lifecycles innerhalb Ihres Bereichs
- Sie sind zuständig für die Planung und Durchführung von personellen Maßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung von gesetzlichen, tariflichen, arbeitsvertraglichen und personellen Voraussetzungen
- Eine eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Implementierung von Organisationsveränderungen unter Berücksichtigung aller Mitbestimmungsthemen gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Eine vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat setzen wir voraus
- Sie sind zudem involviert bei der Umsetzung von globalen HR-Jahresprozessen (z.B. Performance Review) und Sie unterstützen bei der Implementierung neuer HR Tools
- Sie arbeiten eng mit HR Kollegen, insbesondere der Centers of Excellence, zusammen
- Zusätzlich wirken Sie bei der Optimierung von Prozessen im Rahmen von HR-Projekten und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von strategischen HR-Themen mit
- Sie führen eigenständig BEM-Gespräche
Ihr Profil
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes wirtschafts- oder sozialwissenschaftliches Studium o.ä.
- Sie bringen mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Generalist / HR Business Partner in einem internationalen Unternehmen mit Matrixstruktur mit, idealerweise in der Life Science/Pharma/Medizintechnik Branche
- Sie haben bereits als HR Business Partner Zentralfunktionen (corporate functions) betreut
- Sie können umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Verhandlung mit dem Betriebsrat, z.B. Betriebsvereinbarungen, Sozialplänen etc. vorweisen
- Sehr besitzen zudem gute Kenntnisse im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht
- Sie haben eine exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sie haben die Fähigkeit zur offenen und vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit über alle Hierarchieebenen
- Sie haben Spaß an innovativer HR Arbeit und Leidenschaft aktuelle Themen voran zu treiben
- Sie sind fließend in der deutschen und englischen Sprache (in Wort & Schrift)
