Ihre Aufgabe
- Hauptansprechpartner für die Weiterentwicklung und Verwaltung der globalen HR Datenbank und HR IT Systeme
- Sparringpartner für alle prozessbezogenen und inhaltlichen Fragen zur Erhebung und Pflege der HR-Daten
- Durchführung diverser Analysen für Stakeholder in der gesamten Organisation bis zur Vorstandsebene
- Regelmäßige Präsentation der aktuellen Organisationsdaten in verschiedenen Gremien
- Kontinuierliche Validierung von Daten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und technische Unterstützung der lokalen HR-Ansprechpartner bei der Datenerfassung, -pflege und Reporting Erstellung
- Scouting und Evaluation von HR-Softwarelösungen zum Aufbau einer globalen Dateninfrastruktur
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (betriebswirtschaftliches) Studium, alternativ abgeschlossene kaufmännische Weiterbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung in einer analytischen systemorientierten Position
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Lösungsorientierung
- Strukturierte Kommunikation und gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gut ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz sowie ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit
- Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams
(~ 60 Länderorganisationen) und gute Koordinationsfähigkeiten - Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
