At the earliest possible date, we are looking for exactly you as Chief Medical Secretary (m/f/d) in the Clinic for Vascular Surgery for 25 hours/week.

• Completion of all work for the head physician (m/f/d) with regard to planning, organization of administrative tasks
• Planning, coordination and optimization of appointment processes
• Patient management and communication
• Interface between medical staff, nursing service, administration and external partners

• Completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or comparable training
• Confident handling of electronic text and table processing as well as presentation techniques
• High level of commitment, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
