We are looking to fill the following position at the Clinic for Thoracic Surgery in Bonn as soon as possible: Chief Medical Secretary Thoracic Surgery (m/f/d).

• Independent organization and coordination of the secretariat of thoracic surgery with all administrative tasks
• Central contact person for various institutions
• Referral communication
• Preparation and monitoring of external private liquidation
• Preparation and follow-up of outpatient consultation hours

• Medical training, e.g. as a medical assistant or medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d) as well as experience in secretarial organization in the healthcare sector
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office and the Internet
• Friendliness in dealing with patients
• Flexibility, reliability and team spirit
• High level of social competence, personal commitment and dedication
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

We already perform over 700 thoracic procedures and over 220 anatomical resections every year. A large number of modern robotic-assisted surgical systems (Da Vinci X, Da Vici Xi, Dexter) and the robotic-assisted bronchoscope Ion are used.
