To strengthen our team at the Helios Vogtland-Klinikum in Plauen, we are looking for a Chief Physician (m/f/d) for our Center for Trauma Surgery, Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine to succeed a retiring physician by summer 2025.

  • You would like to further expand the scope of services and the medical portfolio of the center and actively work on the implementation of the latest operational procedures

What you bring with you

  • As a passionate specialist (m/f/d) in trauma surgery and orthopaedics with many years of management experience, you cover both specialist areas comprehensively in terms of content and operations

  • You have the additional qualification "Special Trauma Surgery"
  • You have extensive experience as a main surgeon or head of an endoprosthetics center
  • You have extensive experience as a consultant responsible for VAV procedures of the employers' liability insurance association
  • You have a keen interest in the medical, conceptual and strategic development of both areas of the center
  • You meet the professional requirements for obtaining full further training authorization for trauma surgery and orthopaedics (FA) as well as special trauma surgery (ZW) in accordance with the guidelines of the Saxon State Medical Association
  • Integrative and appreciative leadership is a matter of course for you - your work is characterized by interdisciplinary thinking and action
  • Your excellent communication skills, willingness to innovate, high sense of responsibility, commitment and assertiveness as well as organizational skills predestine you for this role
  • You know how to motivate your team and have a high degree of collegiality, sensitivity and a role model function
  • You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
