Clinical Psychologist (m/f/d)

The Bad Sauerbrunn health spa, a VAMED facility, has almost 40 years of experience and expertise in the Austrian healthcare market. The Bad Sauerbrunn Health Center offers innovative spa and health care services for diseases of the musculoskeletal system. In 2010, the Bad Sauerbrunn Health Center was expanded to include the Sonnberghof Oncological Rehabilitation Center. With 121 beds, the Sonnberghof in Bad Sauerbrunn is the largest facility for oncological rehabilitation in Austria.

YOUR TASKS:

• Independent work
• Clinical-psychological diagnostics, counseling and treatment individually tailored to the patient (topics: Dealing with stress, work-life balance, mindfulness, activity and self-determination in old age, coping with illness and anxiety, stabilization, etc.).
• Conducting biofeedback tests and training sessions
• Conducting workshops and counseling groups (topics: Dealing with fatigue, healthy sleep, nutritional psychology, smoking cessation, mental health, everyday working life and healthy living, active and self-determined in everyday life - for a lifetime, etc.).
• Conducting relaxation groups (progressive relaxation, autogenic training, imagination, mindfulness)
• Collaboration in the further development of existing processes

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed degree in psychology and registration on the list of clinical psychologists
• Experience in an oncological context is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of biofeedback training desirable
• Experience and enjoyment in group and workshop settings
• Empathy, ability to work in a team, willingness to work in an interdisciplinary environment, commitment and resilience
• Good communication skills in dealing with patients and in a team
• Willingness to further develop your personal and professional skills
