Als „Spezialist für Produktion & Qualität in der Lohnherstellung“ für unseren Bereich Global TechOps & Quality – Nutrition OpU arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren externen Lohnfertigungspartnern für flüssige und pulverförmige Enterale Nahrungen sowie unserem Schwesterwerk in Emmer-Compascuum / Niederlande zusammen und stellen sicher, dass die Produktionsprozesse reibungslos und qualitätskonform ablaufen. Sie kooperieren dabei auch eng mit den QA-Kollegen. Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung aus der Produktion oder dem Qualitätsmanagement mit, um die hohen Anforderungen im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bei Projekten optimal zu erfüllen.
Ihre Aufgabe
- Steuerung des produktionstechnischen Tagesgeschäfts für die verantworteten Lohnhersteller zur Sicherung und Einhaltung aller definierten Prozesse, Abläufe, Parameter & Qualität
- Unterstützung der Integration neuer Lohnfertiger in die jeweiligen Prozessabläufe/-ketten
- Konkretisierung der Prozesslandschaft in Anlehnung an die gültigen Normen
- Mitarbeit bei der Qualifizierung von ausgewählten Lohnfertigern und in anderen Projekten
- Durchführung von Due Diligence
- Prozessvalidierung (Validierungspläne, -berichte, Risikobewertungen, Begleitung und Bewertung von Produktionsversuchen)
- CAPA-Prozess, Bewertung von Abweichungen, Change Management
- Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumenten wie SOPs, fachliche Statements
- Durchführung von Audits
- Chargenfreigaben
- Auswertung und Steuerung von Produktions- und Qualitäts-kennzahlen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit technischer Ausrichtung (z.B. Getränketechnologie, Biotechnologie, Lebensmittelchemie, Mikrobiologie, Ernährungswissenschaften, Verfahrenstechnik) oder gleichwertige Aus-/Weiterbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, vorzugsweise im Lebensmittelbereich
- Zuverlässige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz nach intern und extern
- Fähigkeit, auch bei wechselnden Prioritäten fokussiert und effizient zu arbeiten
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Auditoren-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil
