We are looking for you as a full-time social worker (m/f/d) for our Helios Clinic in Erfurt at the earliest possible date
Support with social law issues, in particular with regard to health and long-term care insurance and other social benefits
Advice and application within the framework of the applicable legal provisions of social legislation
Clarification of cost coverage by social benefit providers and clarification of inpatient treatment costs for patients without health insurance
Organizing and ensuring post-inpatient care for patients, in particular by initiating rehabilitation measures, arranging short-term care, retirement homes and hospices
Communication with referring physicians, cost bearers and rehabilitation or other post-inpatient facilities
Supporting patients and their relatives in social, psychosocial and financial matters
Completed studies in social work (Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma) or a comparable qualification
Experience in the field of social work in hospitals or in related areas of healthcare is desirable, as well as good IT skills (MS Office, Windows, SAP)
Sound knowledge of social law, especially in the areas of SGB V, SGB XI and SGB XII
High social and communication skills as well as empathy in dealing with patients and relatives
Very good time management in independent and solution-oriented work, as well as a high sense of responsibility
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
