Office employee (m/f/d)

full-time/part-time, based in Hamburg.

• Communication with company executives and private patients
• Coordination, organization and administration of appointments as well as customer service, documentation and reporting
• Scheduling of check-up days and optimization of appointment utilization
• Preparations for service billing
• Supporting external partners such as cooperating practices and service providers
• Collaboration in the preparation of check-up reports in German and, if required, also in English

• Completed vocational training in the commercial, service-oriented or healthcare sector
• Excellent communication skills, especially in telephone and written correspondence by e-mail
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to act in a level-headed and solution-oriented manner, even in challenging situations
• Structured way of working, you maintain an overview and ensure efficient and targeted task fulfillment
• Very good coordination and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office products and a practice system as well as very good German and good English skills
