(Senior) Manager - Board Office (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Board Office who has the ability to effectively manage a variety of complex issues in a dynamic environment. Do you have experience in a staff/strategy function of a capital market-oriented group, in corporate governance or in strategy/HR consulting and ideally have already had contact with the healthcare industry? That's great! In this role, you will report directly to the VP Board Office and form the link between the Management Board, the Supervisory Board and the specialist departments of the Fresenius Group.

Your tasks

• In this position close to the Management Board, you will orchestrate the decision-making processes of top management.

• You will work on issues of good corporate governance, in particular in the area of Management Board and Supervisory Board remuneration and the relevant reporting (remuneration report, corporate governance statement, corporate governance website of the company).

• You will support and advise on the planning, coordination, preparation and follow-up of Executive Board and Supervisory Board meetings.

• You will also be responsible for preparing documents and decision papers for the CEO (e.g. presentations and briefings), carrying out quantitative and qualitative analyses and ensuring the flow of information to top management - always in close cooperation with the managers of the business divisions and corporate functions.

• You will be equally committed to working on various projects as part of our strategic realignment.

Your profile

• Completed Master's degree, preferably in economics or a related field of study

• Several years (3+ years) of professional experience, ideally in the area of corporate governance / strategy / board office of a listed company, or in executive HR / strategy / management consulting

• Experience in the healthcare sector and in supporting transformation processes desirable

• Good understanding of the governance/legal context of a listed company and ideally experience in supporting committees

• Hands-on mentality, problem-solving and results orientation

• Independent, autonomous and precise way of working even under pressure, organizational talent

• Communication skills in fluent German and English

• Confident and engaging demeanor, team player qualities and absolute trustworthiness
