At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as Deputy Ward Manager Vascular Surgery / Internal Medicine (m/f/d) for our Helios Clinic in Hünfeld

• Support the ward manager (m/f/d) in operational and strategic management in medical, nursing, organizational, administrative and communicative matters
• Representing the ward manager in his/her absence and all associated tasks (e.g. staff deployment planning, absence management)
• Ensuring evidence-based nursing care, including documentation and coding
• Implementation of the company and clinic goals in the area of responsibility
• Taking over the holistic care of our patients and carrying out general and special care measures

• Degree as a registered nurse (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Ideally additional qualification as a ward manager or willingness to acquire this
• Several years of professional experience, if possible with management responsibility
• A high level of social competence and an exceptional sense of responsibility characterize you
• Willingness to participate in the 3-shift model
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• An open-ended employment contract with attractive pay in accordance with the Helios Group collective agreement and a gross nursing allowance of €300.00

Helios St. Elisabeth Klinik Hünfeld is an acute hospital with 158 beds. We care for our patients in the specialist areas of internal medicine with a palliative care unit, surgery, anesthesia/intensive care and in an inpatient department for ear, nose and throat medicine.
