Commercial Project Controller (m/f/d)

Your challenge:

• Responsibility for ongoing cost tracking, target/actual comparison incl. variance analysis and derivation of forecasts
• Structuring of the project as well as order/progress calculation together with the site manager (m/f/d)
• Supporting the site manager (m/f/d) with budget, forecast and monthly planning including annual financial statements
• Ensuring project documentation and preparation of results for reporting purposes
• Structured support for supplementary and change requests from a commercial perspective
• Supporting the preparation of performance records and responding to audit queries from the accompanying control department
• Commercial responsibility for several locations
• Carrying out coordination activities with commercial interface departments (asset and financial accounting, purchasing, decentralized controlling,...) for financial planning and control
• Creation of purchase requisitions and support with internal ordering
• Carrying out invoice releases and accruals and deferrals for deliveries and services
• Calculation and updating of expense distribution in cooperation with the project team members

Your profile

• Completed commercial/business administration training (HAK, FH, WU)
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a commercial project manager of technically and organizationally challenging projects
• Proficient in MS Office and IT affinity
• SAP knowledge (finance) is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German
• Strong team and communication skills
• Structured and independent way of working
• Flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness to develop further

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. Based on the defined requirements, the monthly salary is at least € 3,600.00 (14x per year).

Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. We will determine a customized agreement together with you in personal discussions.
