full-time, permanent.

• Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and business plans
• Continuation and further development of the reporting system as well as the implementation of investment and profitability calculations
• Preparation and, if necessary, support of budget negotiations
• Monitoring cost and revenue developments and deriving suggestions for improvement
• Providing technical support to the management and taking on business management projects
• Collaboration in regional projects and controlling support for other Helios clinics in the Helios Region South

• A degree in business administration or comparable training as well as sound knowledge in the areas of healthcare, hospital financing and hospital law
• Extensive experience in the area of controlling and accounting in a hospital
• Clear analytical and goal-oriented thinking and working methods as well as good MS Office skills and relevant experience with SAP
• Communication, cooperation and teamwork skills as well as organizational and negotiation skills
• A high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience, high level of commitment, sense of responsibility and decision-making ability
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
