The Senior Business Analyst - Transformation Office MedTech (m/f/d supports the effective execution of transformation initiatives across the MedTech business by driving structured tracking, coordinated delivery, and clear communication. The role plays a key part in ensuring initiatives progress as planned, milestones are met, and interdependence across functions are actively managed.
Serving as a central point of contact for transformation initiatives, the role facilitates close collaboration between global and local teams, supports consistent ways of working, and enables transparent communication with senior leadership. In addition, the role contributes to selected change and implementation topics within the MedTech Business Unit, supporting teams through hands-on coordination, coaching on transformation methodologies, and the preparation of clear, actionable status updates and leadership materials.
Track initiative progress against agreed plans across all functional areas (Commercial, TechOps, R&D, etc.), identifying deviations, risks, and interdependencies early and ensuring timely escalation where needed.
Serve as a central point of contact for transformation initiatives, enabling structured coordination and clear communication across initiatives, workstreams, and leadership.
Establish and maintain a disciplined execution cadence, ensuring consistent standards for progress tracking, issue management, escalation, and follow-up across the transformation portfolio.
Support initiative and workstream leads through hands-on coaching on execution structure, clarity of objectives, milestone definition, and quality of delivery and status materials.
Prepare, consolidate, and coordinate leadership-ready materials, including progress updates, issue and risk summaries, and decision-oriented content for senior stakeholders.
Contribute to selected cross-functional and strategic initiatives within the MedTech Business Unit beyond core transformation governance, providing structured coordination and execution support.
Enable transparent, timely, and fact-based communication on execution status, progress, and key challenges across functions and leadership levels.
Academic degree and at least 2 years' experience in a relevant area such as business analysis, consulting, strategy, transformation, or project management.
Background in management consulting or a corporate environment with strong transformation exposure as well as experience in life sciences and healthcare is beneficial.
Strong analytical, structuring skills, with advanced PowerPoint skills, and ability to translate complex topics into clear, executive-level presentations / materials and well-organized storylines.
Solid experience in execution tracking, milestone management, and issue/risk monitoring across multiple initiatives.
Ability to establish and maintain execution cadence, ensuring timely inputs, structured follow-ups, and delivery against plan.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
