As Director Global Logistics Transformation, you drive the global logistics transformation agenda end‑to‑end. You shape sustainable efficiency improvements across processes, systems, and operating models. In this strategic role, you enable global transparency, standardization, and performance impact across all logistics domains
• Define and deploy the global logistics transformation roadmap aligned with Supply Chain strategy and financial targets.
• Translate efficiency and cost ambitions into multi‑year initiatives with clear priorities and impact levers.
• Establish global target operating models and set success criteria, milestones, and value‑realization targets.
• Identify and execute structural cost‑reduction opportunities across global logistics.
• Deliver sustainable productivity gains, track benefits vs. targets, and embed savings into budgets.
• Design and standardize end‑to‑end logistics processes; identify inefficiencies and lead harmonization.
• Improve logistics systems (TMS, WMS, analytics, reporting) to strengthen visibility, decision‑making and scalability.
• Define and implement global KPI frameworks and dashboards; drive service, productivity, and OTIF improvements.
• Lead transformation across transportation, warehousing, network design, and logistics service models.
• Partner with regions to enable, adapt, support, and embed transformation through change management and capability building.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, IT, Quality and Commercial to align priorities and resolve trade‑offs.
• Report progress, risks, and value delivery to VP/SVP leadership; escalate issues and propose mitigation strategies.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or related fields.
• Experience from Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), consumer goods or other industries welcome.
• Proven global responsibility or full‑scope logistics ownership.
• Experience implementing transportation management systems, logistics network optimization and operational‑excellence frameworks.
• Strong multi‑stakeholder project management experience.
• Ability to lead transformation, influence without authority, and align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
