(Junior) Manager Project Management Tool Planisware (m/f/d) limited to 12 months

Your task:

For our already globally used project management system, we are looking for support in the core team to continue to operate the system successfully and to establish it in additional functional areas. After successful familiarization with the "Planisware" software and accompanying processes, you will support the global project managers within the framework of an exciting and interdisciplinary orientation. This includes advising on the establishment of efficient system utilization for time, cost and resource planning through to the inclusion of new requirements from the global user community. You will prepare the requirements for discussion and technical review with the team and the service provider. It is also possible to focus on technical tasks in the context of software administration.

Your activities:

• Independent coordination with contact persons in the business and functional areas regarding the use of Planisware, including
• Support and advice on the implementation of efficient project and portfolio management in the system
• Expansion and use of special system functions such as resource management
• Recording requirements regarding the implementation of new functionalities and system adaptations
• Coordination and cooperation in the further development of the system, in particular conceptual development of new requirements

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies and high IT affinity
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the relevant professional field (e.g. project work, process or pharmaceutical product development) is desirable
• Knowledge of the "Planisware" software or alternatively experience with products such as Planview or Microsoft Project is desirable
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Power BI desirable
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Very good communication skills
