As CRM Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the holistic support and further development of the Customer Relationship Management system and actively participate in the introduction of a new system. You will act as a central interface between management, sales and IT and ensure that processes can be efficiently mapped and controlled based on data.
Preparing and supporting the introduction of a new CRM system
Ensuring the ongoing operation of the existing system
Analyzing and optimizing CRM processes in close coordination with the specialist departments
Recording, evaluating and implementing user requirements
Managing internal and external service providers and project participants
Developing and implementing training concepts for end users
Creating dashboards and analyses for sales support
Coordination of the IT co-determination process in cooperation with the works council
Completed studies in business informatics, business administration with a focus on IT or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in the CRM environment
Very good knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems (esp. Salesforce)
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is an advantage
Proven competence in project management and cross-team collaboration
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Strong communication skills, organizational talent and customer orientation
Good command of English (B2) and very good command of written and spoken German
