At the earliest possible date, we are looking for exactly you as Chief Medical Secretary (m/f/d) for the Department of Anesthesiology.

• Completion of all work for the head physician (m/f/d) with regard to planning, organization of administrative tasks
• Ensuring effective work processes and office organization in the secretariat as well as quality-compliant completion of all paperwork including OP plan and doctor's letters
• Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence and coordinating appointments
• SAP processing, duty roster, vacation plan,
• Competent provision of telephone information as well as reception and care of visitors

• Completed training as an office communications clerk (m/f/d) or general experience in the healthcare sector (lateral entry also possible)
• Confident handling of electronic text and table processing as well as presentation techniques
• High level of commitment, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
