We are looking for you to join our HR department in Schwerin as a Personnel Officer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• You will be responsible for recruiting in compliance with the applicable pay scale regulations
• Together with the HR management, you will conduct negotiations with the local works council on works agreements and subsequently implement the agreements reached

• You will advise the management and executives on labor law, collective bargaining and works constitution law issues in close cooperation with the legal department and independently draft labor law measures

• You will handle correspondence with law firms
• You will be responsible for the topic of temporary employment in accordance with Group-wide guidelines

• Completed (specialist) university degree, ideally in the field of commercial law

• Sound knowledge of labor and works constitution law, as well as collective bargaining agreements
• Teamwork and communication skills as well as a high degree of social and advisory skills
• Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
• Ideally knowledge of LOGA and SAP HCM software
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
