To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as soon as possible at the Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch location - part-time or full-time (min. 20 h/week) - as a personnel officer (m/f/d)

• You will supervise your own group of employees from hiring to leaving
• You will further develop the relevant business processes in the HR department and work on interesting HR projects
• You advise employees and managers on employment law and human resources issues
• You process all information for payroll accounting
• You create statistics, evaluations and reports

• The basis of your success is a completed commercial apprenticeship or a business administration degree, ideally with a focus on human resources
• Your heart beats for HR work. You have already gained professional experience, preferably in a clinical environment, and no one can fool you so quickly
• Your way of working is characterized by organizational talent, independence and conscientiousness
• You have already worked with different groups of people and always strike the right note
• The confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word), ideally also with the LOGA software from P&I, is a matter of course for you
