At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you for our Helios Clinic in Wiesbaden as

Ward Manager (m/f/d)

• Professional and disciplinary management of the team and promotion of staff development, economic management of the ward
• Creation and coordination of the duty roster, taking into account working time regulations and ward requirements
• Responsibility for and optimization of the management and organization of the admission and holding area
• Developing and implementing training and counseling concepts for patients and relatives
• Ensuring smooth ward processes and optimal patient care, ensuring interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups
• Practical instruction and support for trainees and new employees

• State recognition as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience required, ideally experience in leading and motivating teams
• Experience in rostering is an advantage
• High level of social competence and empathy in dealing with patients and relatives
• Willingness to work shifts and to undergo further training and education Legally required proof of immunization against measles
