Ihre Aufgabe
- Planungs- und Reportingprozesse koordinieren: Sie übernehmen die Koordination und Vorbereitung der Planungs- und Reportingprozesse für die Region Europe
- Analyse und Aufbereitung: Sie analysieren und bereiten die Planung sowie das monatliche Reporting der internationalen Vertriebseinheiten auf
- Report-Erstellung und Konsolidierung: Sie erstellen und konsolidieren verschiedene Reports, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu unterstützen
- Unterstützung bei Budget und Forecasts: Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Budget- und Forecast-Präsentationen
- Kostenstellenplanung und -reporting: Sie planen und reporten Kostenstellen und besprechen sich regelmäßig mit den Kostenstellenverantwortlichen
- Ad-hoc Analysen: Sie führen Ad-hoc Analysen durch, insbesondere Umsatz- und Profitabilitätsanalysen
- Entscheidungsunterstützung: Sie unterstützen die Entscheidungsfindung durch Wirtschaftlichkeitsbeurteilungen neuer Projekte
- Ansprechpartner: Sie sind der betriebswirtschaftliche Ansprechpartner für die Region und beantworten Fragen sowie Anfragen aus diesem Bereich
Ihr Profil
- Akademischer Hintergrund: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften (ein MBA ist von Vorteil).
- Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Controller, idealerweise im Sales-Bereich, oder hochwertige Praktika bzw. studentische Tätigkeiten.
- IT-Kenntnisse: Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO und SAP Business Warehouse sind von Vorteil.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssicheres Englisch ist erforderlich.
- Teamfähigkeit: Proaktives Arbeiten im Team und ein kollaboratives Mindset mit der Motivation, das Team voranzubringen.
- Flexibilität: Fähigkeit, flexibel auf sich ändernde Prioritäten und Anforderungen zu reagieren.
- Stakeholder-Management: Talentiert im Umgang mit verschiedensten Stakeholdern.
- Interkulturelles Verständnis: Starkes interkulturelles Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
