Business Analyst (m/f/d) - Strategy & Portfolio, Europe and RoW Markets, BU Pharma

Targets of the position:
As a member of the strategy & portfolio team for Europe & RoW markets, this position will help the team with business & financial analysis of existing portfolio and new pipeline projects.
Your assignments
- Deliver business analysis and decision support utilising SAP, IQVIA, and other internal & external datasets.
- Lead for Portfolio analytics (including variance analysis reports).
- Responsible for supporting the Strategy & Portfolio team for the financial analysis of existing portfolio, pipeline projects and overall strategy process.
- Monthly & Quarterly financial tracking and detailed assessment of key financial KPI’s in coordination with BU Finance team.
- Support Business case analysis of New Project Approvals / NPV modelling incl. sensitivity analysis and also for the feasibility projects & new ideas assessment with Prelim business cases, indicative NPV’s etc.
- Portfolio database lead for existing products, new portfolio projects, future launches with NPV’s, etc.
- Portfolio mapping analysis and Portfolio rationalization (sales & profitability).
- Monitor the market, competitors, and trends in Fresenius Kabi business space with goal to help set mid / long term strategy for the Profitable growth of FK Generics Portfolio.
- Support Key Strategic and tactical initiatives for identification of new business areas in coordination with BU management team and / or Regions and / or Market Units.
Your profile
- Completed Master’s Degree (Preferred) OR Bachelor’s Degree with strong Finance / Commercial background is required.
- You bring at least 5 years work experience in the Business or Financial Analysis within an international Matrix driven organisation in the pharmaceutical sector
- You have strong Analytical skills and Business acumen coupled with advanced MS Excel skills.
- You have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are a strong team player
- You are solution oriented with balancing strategic thinking and a strong execution sense
- You are well organised while being reactive and having the sense of urgency
