We are looking for:

Motivated interns to support the experienced team and deepen the skills learned at school in the following areas:

• Service
• kitchen
• Reception
• Spa

• Guest and service-oriented thinking and acting
• Ongoing training at a school for gastronomy and tourism (HLW, HLA, HBLA or similar)

You will be paid on the basis of the collective agreement, and for the internship you will receive the apprenticeship allowance corresponding to your school year. The monthly - current - apprentice remuneration for the 1st year of apprenticeship is currently € 1,000.00 gross, for the 2nd year € 1120.00 gross, for the 3rd year € 1320.00 gross, in each case based on a 40-hour week. In May 2025 there will be a collective agreement adjustment, the above wages may increase as a result.
