Working Student / Intern (m/f/d) CSRD S1 Reporting & People Analytics

Then become part of our People Analytics and Intelligence team!  Our focus is on the development and further development of sustainability reporting in accordance with CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and ESRS S1. In this way, we are making a decisive contribution to Fresenius' transparency and future viability. As part of your assignment as a working student or intern, you can expect varied and exciting tasks in the areas of ESG reporting and people analytics, where you can combine your interest in sustainability reporting with your affinity for numbers and thus create real added value for the company.

Your challenge in detail

• During your assignment, you will support the team in the preparation of CSRD S1 reporting (data collection, validation, documentation)

• You will coordinate audit requests and internal coordination

• In addition, you will prepare presentations and management reports

• In addition, you will support analyses and gain insight into regulatory sustainability requirements (CSRD)

Your competence is in demand

• Current full-time studies in the field of economics, psychology, human resource management or a similar field of study

• Very good written and spoken English and German skills

• High degree of reliability and sense of responsibility

• Independent and structured way of working

• Good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
