Your challenge in detail

  • You will actively support our team in setting up various purchasing-relevant reports and key figures, such as inventory management, contract coverage, risk analyses, etc.
  • You will also be involved in setting up knowledge management for the purchasing-relevant applications
  • What's more, you will actively help with the definition, documentation and further development of key figures and their IBCS-compliant visualization in reports and dashboards
  • You will also support us in our day-to-day business, e.g. with test activities, data verification or assigning authorizations

Your expertise is in demand

  • Current full-time studies in the field of economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science or similar
  • High affinity for IT and numbers as well as good communication skills
  • Good MS Office skills, especially in the area of Excel
  • Initial knowledge of SAP BI, VBA is an advantage, but not a must. We would be happy to familiarize you with these tools during your working student activity
  • Analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
  • Ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
  • Good written and spoken German and business fluent English skills
