Social Worker/Social Pedagogue Forensics (m/f/d).

• Comprehensive social diagnostics with assessment of the individual situation, life history and needs of patients
• Case management from admission through the therapy phase to the transition to rehabilitation
• Advice and support for patients and relatives on social and legal issues as well as comprehensive documentation and reporting
• Collaboration in multi-professional teams and case-related networking and public relations work
• Participation in treatment and case conferences, rehabilitation conferences and team meetings

• Completed studies in social pedagogy or social work with state recognition
• Professional experience and sound knowledge of legal and social support structures desirable
• Enjoy patient-related work
• High level of communication and teamwork skills as well as empathy, flexibility and resilience
• Class B driving license
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Forensic Clinic is home to patients who are either temporarily or permanently accommodated. The clinic is divided into a closed area with an admission and crisis ward and three therapy wards as well as an open residential group and training apartment. Rehabilitation and outpatient aftercare for former patients is provided by the forensic outpatient clinic.
