For the training program for surgical assistants (OTA) at the Helios Klinikum Bad Saarow near Berlin, we are looking for a full-time or part-time

Teacher for OTA trainees (m/f/d)

• Independent organization of theoretical and practical lessons

• Use of innovative teaching methods and our Digital Campus
• Close exchange with the locations of the practical assignments in Berlin-Buch, Berlin-Zehlendorf and Bad Saarow
• Regular visits from your trainees, including during practical assignments, as well as taking practical examinations
• You will work creatively on the implementation and further development of the school's internal curriculum and the pedagogical and technical concept

• Completed training as a surgical assistant (m/f/d) or as a healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) with appropriate specialist training

• Completed pedagogical studies at Bachelor's level, such as medical pedagogy, nursing pedagogy or similar
• Initial experience in teaching and a feel for working with our trainees
• Personal commitment with a hands-on mentality and a high degree of team spirit
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
