For our training center in Wuppertal for our OTA school team, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

Nursing educator / teacher for nursing professions (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time.

• A newly founded school with the training course for surgical assistants, including co-development and implementation of the school program
• The planning, design, implementation and evaluation of the theoretical and practical teaching of our OTA students as well as practical supervision
• Supporting students in the course instructor system and conducting state examinations
• Collaboration with other business units of the company (clinic management, head office, nursing service and medical service)
• Collaboration with internal and external cooperation partners (local and national)
• Taking over other courses at the training center

• Completed vocational training as a nurse or nursing specialist (m/f/d) with specialist training for the OR service or a comparable qualification as a surgical assistant (m/f/d)
• Completed pedagogical university degree (nursing pedagogy, medical pedagogy, etc.) at Master's or comparable level or willingness to complete this degree
• Experience from teaching activities is desirable
• "Out-of-the-box" thinking and enjoy implementing innovative and creative concepts as well as communication skills
• Quality awareness and service mentality as well as enjoyment in dealing with young adults
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
