Team Leader (m/f/d) Complaint MD Procedure & MD Administration

For Helios Verwaltung Ost GmbH, Leipzig location, we are looking for a full-time Team Leader (m/f/d) Complaints MD Procedure & MD Administration as soon as possible

The main location of activity is Leipzig - other locations are Aue, Plauen and Pirna - but also every other location in the eastern region

• Together with your team, you will ensure that documents are sent to the MD on time and that the complaint process is submitted on time
• You will be the first contact person for your team in all technical and organizational issues and coordinate with the other team leaders and the division management regarding the standardized procedure
• You will act as a contact person internally and externally for all questions relating to the complaint process and independently conduct settlement negotiations with cost bearers
• They report regularly to hospital managements and thus contribute to improving coding quality
• You will continue to expand and develop your team

• Completed training or studies in the medical field or commercial with additional medical qualification
• Several years of leadership experience and change management skills
• Very good knowledge of the G-DRG system and coding and billing rules
• Strong medical expertise and analytical structuring skills
• Fluent communication, ability to work in a team and experience in exchanging ideas with payers
• High level of personal responsibility, structured way of working and legal proof of measles immunization
