For the Helios clinics in Krefeld, Duisburg and Oberhausen, we are looking for a

Team Leader - Complaint MD Procedure & MD Administration (m/f/d)

with FlexWork option at one of our locations

• Together with your team of approx. 25 employees at a total of eight locations, you will ensure that documents are sent to the MD on time and that the complaints process is submitted on time
• You will be the first contact person for your team in all technical and organizational issues and coordinate with the other team leaders and the division management regarding the standardized procedure
• You will be in charge of implementing local digitization and change projects with intensive interdisciplinary coordination on site
• You will act as a contact person internally and externally for all questions relating to the complaint process and independently conduct settlement negotiations with cost bearers
• They report regularly to hospital managements and thus contribute to improving coding quality
• You will continue to expand your team and continuously develop it in regular and personal exchange on site

• Successfully completed studies in medicine or health economics, alternatively commercial studies with additional medical qualifications
• Several years of leadership experience and experience in change management and project management
• Very good knowledge of the G-DRG system as well as the applicable coding and billing rules
• Strong medical expertise and the ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner
• Fluent in negotiation, convincing communication skills and ability to work in a team – especially in exchange with payers and in cross-site cooperation
• High level of personal responsibility, goal orientation and an efficient, structured way of working
• You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
