• As a physiotherapist, you will analyze the current situation of your patients and apply targeted methods and concepts to promote, improve or restore functional and movement changes. You are an essential part of rehabilitation after injuries and illnesses.
• The training is divided into theoretical and practical phases and comprises a total of 4,400 hours:
• Theory with practical relevance: in 2,700 hours at the DRK Bildungscampus in Dresden, you will acquire in-depth knowledge in areas such as the natural sciences as well as the basics of social sciences and physiotherapy.
• Diverse practical experience: 1,600 hours of practical training in key areas such as surgery, internal medicine, neurology, orthopaedics, pediatrics, psychiatry and gynaecology.
• Variety of assignments: You will get to know both outpatient and clinical locations.
• Skills development: You will acquire skills in the independent implementation of therapy concepts.
• Graduation with prospects: The training ends with the exams - if you successfully complete it, we offer you the opportunity to be taken on.

School-leaving certificate: Secondary school leaving certificate or higher (e.g. Abitur) or secondary school leaving certificate with at least two years of vocational training.

Strong communication skills & empathy: You approach people openly, listen actively and can express yourself empathetically - both in conversation and in non-verbal communication.

Team spirit & sense of responsibility: You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility for your tasks and show commitment to the well-being of those around you.

Enjoyment of movement & creativity: You enjoy movement, are creative in designing therapy sessions and like to develop new ideas to support your patients.

Openness & willingness to learn: You are curious, open to new experiences and willing to continuously develop yourself in order to provide the best possible support for your patients.

Inaddition, you have German language skills at B2 level, a health certificate (medical certificate required), an extended certificate of good conduct and proof of vaccination against measles.
