For the Helios Region South we are looking for the next possible date, based in Erfurt or Wiesbaden, for a

Employee Human Resources (m/f/d) with focus on duty roster management (time management software)

full-time, permanent position.

• Management and support of the software changeover to the ASES system from ATOSS

• Implementation of training courses on the ASES duty roster program
• Ensuring that working time models are displayed in the duty roster in accordance with the law and collective agreements
• Adaptation of working time models in everyday hospital life as required
• Business trips within the Helios Region South (Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Hesse and Thuringia)
• Close cooperation with the HR departments, department heads, duty planners, project management and works councils

• Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in economics with a focus on personnel management
• Relevant professional experience, ideally in the hospital sector
• Experience in actively using the ASES duty roster program
• Experience with duty roster/shift models (three-shift system, on-call duty) and familiar with the application of collective bargaining regulations and very good knowledge of working time law
• Willingness to travel on business and assertiveness and stress resistance
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
